The Storm VORTEX Ultra Shower mixer provides a minimal look while providing superior performance on unequal and ultra low water pressures. Featuring a 100mm faceplate and 47mm VORTEX Cartridge. Available in a range of FIVE on-trend colours – choose from four stunning PVD finishes; Brushed Brass, Brushed Copper, Brushed Gunmetal, and Brushed Nickel, as well as classic Chrome finish.
VORTEX Shower mixer technology delivers superior performance on unequal water pressure systems. The jets have been designed using the latest venturi technology to ensure the low pressure hot water is drawn in by using the high pressure cold water. This provides superior flow, with smooth and easy temperature control, and is suitable for all water pressures from 17kPa to 500kPa, including Low, Unequal and Mains.
VORTEX technology shower mixers increase flow through suction inside the valve, standard mixers can’t do this. A noticeable difference in water flow out of shower roses/heads compared to standard mixers. Where 6 to 8 litre flow on Unequal is considered good, VORTEX shower mixers on the same plumbing can give an output of 9 to 12 litres.
