Shipping

Delivery is currently restricted to New Zealand, both North Island and South Island. In certain circumstances, trans-Tasman delivery can be arranged for orders meeting minimum quantity criteria.

Every product has its own delivery time. Although we aim to ship items as soon as payment clears, please keep in mind our guidelines that allow for circumstances such as inter-island delivery, public holidays as well as Friday and weekend orders. For smaller products, delivery is scheduled to occur within 3-5 working days from the date your order is received and payment processed. For larger items delivery will be scheduled to occur within 5-7 working days.

We will contact you by email or phone with the scheduled delivery date within 24 hours of receiving your order (except at weekends).

NOTE: Orders made before 1:00 pm Monday-Thursday qualify for next day delivery and in most cases, we endeavour to provide this service. Weekend orders will be processed Monday for Tuesday delivery. Orders after 1:00 pm Monday To Thursday will be processed the next day for delivery the day after. Friday orders will be processed Saturday for delivery Monday. (All subject to courier availability).

The cost of shipping is calculated depending on the individual item(s). Please be sure to check the auction and/or classified listing to confirm shipping costs. It is preferable that someone is present at your delivery address to sign for your consignment. An additional fee will be added for rural deliveries.

Goods supplied in accordance with the buyer’s order can only be returned with the express approval of Bathrooms Online. Requests to return goods must be submitted within 5 working days from the date of supply and the original invoice number must be quoted. Where goods are accepted for credit they must be returned at the buyer’s expense to the Bathrooms Online’s warehouse from where they were purchased in original condition and packaging.

We aim for 100% customer satisfaction, in the unlikely event that an item arrives faulty we will replace or exchange the product if your item is damaged or defective as a direct result of the manufacturing process.

Warranty Policy

As our product ranges vary greatly please be sure to check listings for warranty periods and item specific warranty information. The buyer must check all items within 24 hours of receiving these and report any damages or faults to the seller via email. Any freight for returned items must be paid for by the buyer. If a product is deemed to be faulty Bathrooms Online will refund the return freight costs after the product has been inspected by our team. Bathrooms Online will replace or repair where possible and refunds will only be available where a replacement is not available.

The buyer must keep the original invoice as proof of purchase for all warranty claims. Incidental or consequential damages attributable to a product defect or to the repair or exchange of a defective product are excluded from our warranty.

Warranties apply to items which have been used strictly for the purposes which they were intended. This does not include cases where errors in installation and workmanship have played a part or misuse or use of a product for which it was not intended, unauthorised repairs, neglect or deliberate damage. Bathrooms Online will not pay for plumbing costs or building costs etc if the product is found to be faulty after installation.

Bathrooms Online complies with all relevant warranty procedures as set out in the Consumers Guarantees & Fair Trading Acts along with Trade Me’s standard trading terms and conditions. Normal supplier warranty clauses and guidelines apply.

Customer Service

All emails, questions & queries will be answered between Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 4.30pm and Saturday 9:00 am – 1:00 pm. Due to the volume of emails, our reply may take up to 2 working days. It is company policy to reply to all emails but in the event that you have not received a response within this time frame then please check your junk box, spam & pop-up filters.
