Returns Policy

Bathrooms Online has a 10% Re-stocking fee on stocked items and 20% on non-stocked items. Please check with us first if an item is in stock.

Please let us know if you would like to exchange for another item or store credit. In some cases this could mean we are able to waive a re-stocking fee. Items must be in original condition including packaging and must contain all parts and manuals. 

If 30 days have passed since your purchase, a 20% restocking fee will incur. Returns after 60 days are ineligible for return. The buyer will need to arrange any return deliveries.

Delivery

Delivery is currently restricted to New Zealand, both North Island and South Island. Some products qualify for delivery to Australia.

For smaller products, delivery is estimated to occur within 3-5 working days from the date your order is received and payment processed. For larger items delivery will be scheduled to occur within 5-7 working days. Timeframes are a guideline only. Often delivery can occur faster. If there are any delays we will aim to communicate this with customers and provide regular updates on delivery progress.

Orders made before 1:00 pm Monday-Thursday qualify for next day dispatch and in most cases, we endeavor to provide this service. Weekend orders will be processed Monday for Tuesday dispatch unless needing to be ordered in from a supplier. For Friday orders we will aim to process Saturday morning for dispatch Monday. (All subject to product and courier availability).

The cost of shipping is calculated at checkout depending on the individual item(s). It is preferable that someone is present at your delivery address to sign for your consignment.

The buyer must check all items within 48 hours of receiving a consignment and report any damages or faults via email. This is generally the timeframe which carriers will allow for reporting damages. Please send us any relevant photos and information so that we may pass these on to our carrier.  

We aim to provide a great customer experience, in the unlikely event that an item arrives faulty (ie a manufacturing fault) please reach out and we will be able to assist.

Warranties

As product ranges vary greatly please be sure to check listings or click here for warranty periods and terms specific to particular brands and suppliers. Should a supplier/manufacturer no longer be trading Bathrooms Online will in that case not be able to meet their warranty terms and obligations. 

The buyer must keep the original invoice or order number as proof of purchase for all warranty claims. 

Warranties apply to items which have been used strictly for the purposes which they were intended. This does not include cases where errors in installation and workmanship have played a part or misuse or use of a product for which it was not intended, unauthorised repairs, neglect or deliberate damage.

We will aim to answer emails, questions & queries between Monday – Friday 9:00 am – 4.00pm. Due to the volume of emails, our reply may take up to 2 working days.
